In the past thirty plus years I have worked in various construction/manufacturing

facilities including but not limited to: steel mills, refineries, nuclear and fossil fuel power plants,

chemical, water treatment plants and manufacturing plants.

I am accountable for safety; contract evaluation, planning, risk management, cost, quality

control, staffing, equipment, scheduling, change orders, sub contracts and project financial close

out.

I am very experienced in computer hardware and software: IBM, HP and Dell computer

hardware, Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word), Microsoft Project, QuoteExpress Piping

Estimating, Timberline Estimating, Contractor Manager, AutoCAD, JD Edwards AS400,

Timberline and IBM Platinum accounting Programs.

estimating mechanical, steel and equipment setting to financial closure with special attention

given to scheduling, man loading, extras and their corresponding paper trail.

Coordinated capital expansion project – E-Line Capacity Expansion at Calgon Carbon, Big

Sandy Plant, Catlettsburg, KY. Pre-outage and outage work. Responsible for daily coordination

of three engineers, a scheduler and eight subcontractors, daily engineering questions and RFI’s to

the engineer of record, authorizing extra work and completing with the necessary change orders.
